National Heritage Nature Park – Black Friday 2025 Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   • The Black November promotion is valid from 25 to 30 November 2025.
   • All bookings and deposits must be made and paid in full or partially (as per deposit requirement) during this promotional period to qualify for the discount.
2. Discount Offer
   • Guests will receive 20% off standard accommodation rates for bookings made during the promotion period.
   • The discount applies to all direct bookings made via NationalHeritage.co.za or through the official reservations team.
3. Booking and Payment Requirements
   • To qualify for the promotional rate:
     • Bookings must be made between 25–30 November 2025.
     • A deposit payment must be made during this period.
     • Proof of payment must be sent to tiffany@natmould.co.za to validate and confirm your booking.
   • Bookings not accompanied by proof of payment within the promotional period will not qualify for the discount.
4. Stay Period
   • Discounted bookings are valid for stays within 12 months from the end of the promotional period, i.e., until 30 November 2026.
   • All stays are subject to availability at the time of confirming travel dates.
5. Minimum Stay Requirement
   • A minimum 2-night stay applies to all promotional bookings.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
   • Dates may be changed once, subject to availability and provided that the stay falls within the 12-month validity period.
   • Standard cancellation policies apply. Cancellations after the booking has been confirmed may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Exclusions
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, specials, or promotions.
   • The 20% discount does not apply to add-on services, meals, or third-party activities not booked directly through National Heritage Nature Park.
8. General Conditions
   • National Heritage Nature Park reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
   • All bookings are governed by the park’s standard accommodation terms and conditions available on NationalHeritage.co.za.
   • By participating in this promotion, guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.
